Definitely appears to be for the American public this one. I believe they price clipped the non U.K. ones?
I’ve never seen one with the card before either. But a bit pricey for sure.

Yup, all the copies exported to US/Canada were price clipped.

Looks like an interesting listing - could not figure out what this copy is anyway. Is it a library edition or sth?

That looks just like my book club edition - same maps for endpapers, same binding, same title page and copyright page info. Definitely not a $250 book!
