On Reddit, appears to be on sale from some UK locations, the copy was bought in Waterstones.

That looks to be the same design layout that would match these. I don’t think there’s a Hobbit or Silmarillion with that colour yet is there?
The box-set with these editions has a black paperback Hobbit in it, not the same grey, and according to the Reddit post, a matching grey Silmarillion is listed on the back of the book.
For The Hobbit in that style….I'm not sure if/when will exist, though I noticed the cover of the eBook edition is in that style. That may offer a ‘clue’ as to how the paperback would look, if/when they decide to put one out.
