TCG Letter #107

From
J.R.R. Tolkien
To
Kenneth Sisam
Date
28 May 1938
Type
Autograph Letter Signed
Transcript
Complete
Writing to Sisam, Tolkien opens by noting that he received a card from Turville-Petre, who would be leaving for Iceland, most likely on 5 June. He suggets that even if proofs for Turville-Petre's Viga-Glúms Saga are not available by then, he still thinks it would be good to know what the estimated page count is. He expects he will see him the following week and will discuss this matter with him.
