Rayner did not write down the fee discussed on the telephone but recollects it was £200*. If this agrees with her memory he will send cheque.


*As it transpires, in a letter from May, Letter from Rayner Unwin to Pauline Baynes • 9 May 1969 (#1253), Rayner Unwin suggested a fee of £150.
