Listed in M. Hime, "Ink and Lead" catalogue, 1980 - item #31 which also had an inscribed first edition of Farmer Giles of Ham to Miss R.W. How on the same date. In the letter Tolkien hopes the book will entertain Miss How. He mentions that the book is based on a family game he played with his children near Oxford.
