TCG Letter #2256

A secretarial letter sent from Ballantine Books, with an unknown person having written Tolkien's name at the signature line. Tolkien did not condone this, and likely didn't know it happened. Typically third person signatures were marked with "pp" to indicate they were being done by someone else.
