TCG Letter #461

In this letter to his friend, Heinrich Wolfgang Donner, Tolkien says he is disaproving of the Swedish translation cover art for The Fellowship of the Ring (Sagan om ringen, 1959, illustrated by Rolf Lagerson). He suggests it is somewhat in the style of archaic Greek paintings.
