Joy Hill writes to Pamela Chandler. She is delighted by the photos taken of Tolkien and could not take them all in given the amount. She mentions that they are assembling the translated editions and colour images would be very suitable for them. When Mr. Rayner returns from a trip they would perhaps like a colour photograph of him. Mentioning that he was the first Hobbit reader.
