Joy Hill writes to Pamela Chandler saying that Tolkien is pleased with the photographs and that if the letter reaches her before she sees Tolkien again, to please take some of her images of Mr. (Rayner) Unwin.
She says that a Miss Polly Devlin had asked to interview Tolkien, to which she was told not, but she has been referred to John Ezard for a story, and to Pamela Chandler for photographs. She has given Chandler's name and address to Miss Harvey of McCalls in New York.
She is sorry that The Sunday Times will be using a drawing and not to mention this to Tolkien.
