Plus, I give to charity with every purchase and have free shipping! Note: eBay has my account listed as "below standard" because of eight "defects" from the past year. These defects were all books which I'd listed for sale, but which I eventually donated due to inactivity and forgot to delist. Every seller was refunded and received an apology. Nevertheless, in June eBay sent me a warning that my account had fallen below standard due to these defects and "may be at risk." Confused, I contacted eBay to inquire after what was "below standard" about my performance given that I have a 100% customer rating after 13 years. They explained to me that canceled and refunded sales count as defects and that if I had no additional defects my account would not be at risk. Although I had no additional defects since I received that warning, the next month eBay nevertheless imposed severe selling limits on my account. Assuming this was an automatic procedure which could be corrected, I spoke with eBay customer service again, alas in vain.
