Book has lean, spine faded. Pages clean and tight. Overall, as good as you will likely find of this now rare book. The second editions Hobbits have all but disappeared, in any condition. The first ten have most of the key textual changes to align it with the Lord of the Rings which is advertised on the rear flap.
