 Condition
Book is well preserved, the green cloth has some minor wear and, light surface marks, small amount of toning to the upped and lower edges, light fading. There are some areas of wear affecting the end papers, with some grazing along the fore edge side front and back, some mark spots and minor blemishes. The biding is tight and sound, the pages are clean and well presented throughout, with only light wear noticed, occasional toning and light marks, There is a small graze on the copyright page, light thining, where it looks like perhaps a  small label has been removed, possibly evidence of it being a historic ex school library book ,that was unused. However beyond this and the grazes to the end papers (please see condition report relating to the dustjacket) there are no signs of institutional stamping or ex library evidence, generally a very good clean example.

Dust Jacket- A remarkably well preserved dustjacket, I suspect that the wrapper has previously been protected in a sleeve that was attached to the foreedge endpapers front and back, that is my only explaination as to why it is sl well preserved. There are a couple of very light edge nibbles effecting the very corners in each case. There is some minor wrinkles, but unusually there is no tears or loss, the colour is bright and vibrant throughout, with some occasional, light toning to the white areas in places, there is a faint crease effecting the front panel, more noticeable when viewed from the back, the back having some toning and light marks but nothing heavy or overly diustracting. Please view photo gallery for a full visual of the condition, a remarkably well preserved dustjacket, uncommon in this condition.
