Please take care with these. That absolutely is NOT a first printing. Note that this is the recent reprint from Rotolito, where the number line was reverted to "1" for a second time (the first Chinese print also has a "1", but came several years after the actual 1st print). The only correct first printing of these is "1" + LEGO, SPA.

(created an account just to point it out - it irks me so much that people are getting misled on these).

The first printing does not have a number line on the copyright page, but does have "Printed and bound in Italy by L.E.G.O. SpA"

No need to feel bad. Unfortunately it is an easy mistake to make. A few of these reprints have had "1" reversions, both in Chinese and Rotolito form. I've lost track of exactly which ones, but I've seen a few pop up that had unexpected/errant "1"s. Almost needs an update on tolkienbooks.net just to make it clear what is required for it to be an actual 1st for these earlier 2004- titles. Or maybe an opportunity for a TCG article.
