Here are the titles and their ISBNs offered in this format:
A short comparison between the UK 2013, the UK 2022-24 and the US 2024 editions.
I confirm what have been said, the William Morrow editions seems to be of better overall quality to me, in regards of :
- the paper used (which is heavier, smoother and softer than the one used for the UK counterparts),
- the binding which is still paper covered but again, heavier, and thicker. Pages are sewn (glued on the UK editions)
- the overall presentation (ribbon marker, sprayed edges which look really good)
Strangely, The Hobbit and the Silmarillion are printed in India, the Lord of the Rings volumes are printed in Italy. (No specific printers are mentioned on the copyright pages).

I like the WM editions better than the HC ones. Not to speak ill of publishers, but I believe this is a rare instance where the US edition is superior: definitely making note of that for elsewhere.
Side note: it’s releasing in November, though I’m looking forward to seeing their LotR box. You’ve shown us the books, yes, though I’m curious how the box will look ‘for real’ (a photo vs a product image) as well how nice the map will be that comes with that set.
Edit: you have the box! Could you please post another image or two of that, along with the map? TIA! (Thanks in Advance)

I have the 'boxset' (a bit early), which is a half box set since there's no upper part on the box.
Regarding the map, it's a really tiny map , that looks like similar in size to the endpapers of the books. Nothing spectacular.

I like the ‘multi-coloured’ Tree of Gondor on the box’s….spine? It’s a neat touch, to have it three different colours, in a way.
Appreciate the photos: one of the reasons why I like coming here so much 😀

I’m glad to see they’ve removed the lines from the cover designs of the WM editions. Those lines were the main reason I disliked these covers.
Hello! Thanks for sharing the info for this pretty box set. I’m really looking forward to getting a copy of the 2024 edition of the Silmarillion and LotR, but I am unsure if the 2024 edition has the corrected texts by Christopher Tolkien, Wayne Hammond, and Christina Scull. Would anyone happen to know? Thanks in advance for your help!

If you're referring to the 2004 3rd edition text by Hammond & Scull, yes the new WM boxset does have this text.
The reissued UK 2022 editions are as up to date as they can be with the 2014 emendations, so I’d imagine the US 2024 ones will be too. But I don’t have those to confirm.

You are correct, yes.
