I got a quick response from Doug on this when I asked him, here is what he said (when he has some more time I will try and get more details)
No news on the interviews book. Nothing is yet settled.

Amazon UK just sent me an email to say that my order for bith the book and the audio book has been cancelled.

I guess I could mention it in this thread as well: Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de now state that the publication date is 30 January 2009 for the HM edition.

I have seen Douglas Anderson quoted as saying that the delay is the desire to correct some errors & other imperfections before publication of the interviews collection.

Sellers on eBay and other sites have had this available "for pre-order" for a while now, but the book is not complete yet according to the last news I got from Doug. No updates on when it will be ready and issued, I will certainly pass on any news I can as soon as it is available!
It definitely is not available yet from the publisher.
