My copy of the second printing (bought in September 2020, I think) was printed in Slovenia, not Slovakia. Guess this was just a typo, onthetrail and Bergelmir?
That's right, sorry !
I instinctively copy/paste to avoid making a mistake on the name of the country in English. Fail
Continuing this idea, I took the opportunity to ask for clarification from someone I know who purchased all the books in the Harper Collins deluxe collection, on Amazon.uk, at the end of last year.

Many thanks Bergelmir, very useful !
Regarding Beren & Luthien, when looking at some recent pictures of some collections on reddit, I have notice what it seems a correction of the misaligned Tolkien monogram on the spine. Could you ask your friend if he has a misaligned monogram or not?

It looks like the problem is fixed from the photo he sent me. On the other hand, the colors of thoses reprints are awful ...
I let you judge

Thanks !
Yeah I have suspected about the correction on new B&L reprints because of the very different green colour grade. 1st printing has a more vivid green, not the blueish green of the reprints.
As per your pictures, differences in colour especially affect reprints of Beowulf (which has now a lighter purple), Sigurd (which was already of a lighter brown in the previous reprints), and Tales From the Perilous Realm. In fact those four look as if there were exposed to the sunlight.
Last but not least, reprint of The Fall of Arthur re-introduces the alignment issue with the Tolkien monogram...
This is a neverending story.

Someone asked me on Facebook if the Children of Húrin is going to be reprinted, as available stock has dried up (including at tolkien.co.uk which currently does not offer for sale a handful of titles). HarperCollins kindly confirmed that they are just having some delays in shipping, and that the new CoH reprint should be back in stock within a few weeks.

This is very informative, thanks!
Interesting that HoME has gone to Rotolito. That might explain the thinner slipcase I've noticed on a few recent pictures (thicker than the Clays slipcase, but thinner than the first LEGO).
Hey, all, I’m hoping to collect deluxe copies of:
1. Children of Húrin
2. Sigurd and Gudrún
3. Beowulf
4. Kullervo
How many European impressions did #1 have? I assume #2 only had one Euopean impression, the same as #3. #4 never had a Eurpoean impression, and the second impression might actually be an improvement, is that correct?
