They definitely sometimes reply (and have done in recent times, based on postings here). But I'd guess if you heard nothing in two weeks, you probably might need to ping them again.

Just an update... the printers confirmed that the dust jacket I received was printed incorrectly, so they will send me a replacement one in about a month.
That was a quick resolution at least as far as acknowledging the issue, so thanks Trotter.
