I am selling off this complete collection of Tolkien Limited Editions. I have never seen this offered as a set before.
No, you wouldn't have. Nobody would have seen these seven books sold as a set before... as nobody would take six matching HC deluxe editions & tag a US CoH with them. Why would any prospective buyer want this edition included?

Er, what? This is just actively trying to rip people off, IMHO.
Ridiculous money for a commonly available set actually that isn't in particularly good condition (look at that edge wear). I think I paid $10 or so for a similar set that was completely unread and pretty much pristine. I've seen plenty of them for sale, including the odd shrink-wrapped set for sub-$20.
I usually find dogfark's listings mildly irritating, but that really is borderline dishonest. I have to say, it's genuinely quite disappointing to see this kind of thing.
