It would be interesting to know what was the proportion of hardcover to softcover in that first edition. Another reason to see if there are any publishing records locked in a vault somewhere...

Ive tried contacting norwegian publishing houses for early norwegian editions and there is just little or no data. All the mergers and buy-ups in publishing make it extra hard.

Excellent! I wondered what was going on with having Swedish 1959-61 softcovers and seeing you all discussing same period hardcovers. I guess we need to collect both ?
