Description: Beige dust jackets over red cloth. Beige slipcase. "Fellowship" 13th impression 1963, "Two Towers" 9th impression 1962, "Return of the King 9th impression 1962. All three maps present. Pages are lightly tanned and foxing throughout, with top edge dyed red. Bindings remain firm. Minor markings throughout. More pronounced to pastedowns of 'Two Towers'. Folding maps are bright and clear with light tanning to edges and folds. Water drops to top edge of 'Fellowship'. Text is unaffected. Boards have slight edge wear with corner bumping. Mild tanning to spines and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Minor fraying to spine ends of 'Fellowship'. Faint white marks to all boards. Unclipped jackets. Panels have moderate edge wear with chips, tears and creasing. Large tear to spine of Fellowship. Small area of loss to edges. Water stains present, more pronounced to Fellowship. Minor scuffing overall. Slipcase has moderate edge wear with markings and stains.
