?Here’s something RARE, AMAZING, and INCREDIBLE that you’ll have to read to appreciate:
I am holding J. R. R. Tolkien’s hand-written Genealogy Chart: Kinship of the Half-Elven
?This is the breakdown of Middle Earth genealogy, showing at a glance this complicated history all the way from Fëanor, master craftsmen of the Elves who first shaped the Silmarils, to Aragorn, heir to the throne of Gondor. This lineage tells us much about the strength of body, mind, and long life blessed among the Dúnedain, and their allegiances with the Elves. This chart is referred to by Tolkien in the manuscript "Concerning... The Hoard." (which is also here at HA).
*side notes
since I work with historical stuff all day, i am always keeping my hands/fingers clean and dry.
--as an elaboration since i failed to reconize the lack of education some have and/or might not be aware of with archival paper handling: the best practice and modern procedure with paper is to handle it with clean/dry hands since wearing gloves can process a lack of sensation that makes it harder to be gentle with paper as it's very thin.

Looks like whoever signed it at the bottom, also had a go at Tolkien's signature for some reason, as all three signatures have been added. It is not a genuine signature.

Did not think it would go for as much as this, I know it has a partial dust-jacket.
