Thank you for sharing!
Amazon Germany has a price guarantee, so if you preorder at €68, you are guaranteed that price, even if the price is higher when the book is eventually released. On the other hand, if the price is lower then, you get the lower price. So, preordering at that price point seems very sensible.
Popped in an Amazon UK pre-order for the third and fourth sets, currently at £66.31 each.
(I will probably end up ordering from a local bookstore like the first set, but it never hurts to secure an early Amazon PO just in case as you can cancel almost right up to release date and it tracks the lowest available price from when you ordered)

Cheers for this heads up. Assuming there's not a HC 40 or 50% off sale before release, this is a great price. I did the same.
Dear collectors, hello! I have a question for you. Has anyone noticed the same thing I did in my Silm and UT copies from the HOME box 1? The whole text of Silm and of UT is printed with 'sliced' or 'torn' (not sure how to describe) letters. Meanwhile the Book of LT p.1 and p.2 are absolutely fine - normal letters. I have dozens of books from HC and I've had books with a good dozen or different printer flaws, but this is something new, at least I have never encountered before. I noticed something was wrong and took a closer look of text only because from the distance or normal reading the text looked to me kinda fuzzy or blurry.
I attach the photos below.
First 8 images with a flawed text from Silm (same in UT)
Last 3 images with a flawless text from Book of Lost tales p. 1 (same in BoLT p.2)

I'd not really noticed (nor actually read the text yet) but mine are the same. I had to get out a magnifying glass to see it to be honest. It makes no difference to me and I'm very happy with the books for the price I paid.
Maybe there's some economic factors at work but no idea.

Soneone else might be able to offer a better answer but I believe that this is a symptom of modern printing practices within digital environments. There is a term, 'accelerated 2D Canvas' which makes some digital texts look jagged. If it is turned off then the texts look more natural. It might be a case of that function being tuned on in the case of this book.
Edit: not a term, a meant a function within the settings.
