Early Printings, hard to tell if it is a 1st thus box set, would need to see the copyright pages. Printings would need to be 20,19,19 on the three books.

Yes, there was a HB issued by HC and a PB issued by Grafton, each of which only got two print runs if memory serves…
Hmmm I have a PB from Unwin (50th anniversary) and a strange hardcover (born as Houghton Mifflin but converted to GA&U...)
