I bought it from Awesome Books, https://www.awesomebooks.com/, but they currently do not have it listed for sale.

Thanks, Trotter! I'll keep an eye out
Please could one of you with the new edition upload a photo of the contents page? I'd be interested to see it.
John Rateliff has received his author copies and likes them. Read more at his blog.

Any chance we could organise signed copies for interested members?
I’m still in doubt of buying the new standard hardback edition.
But now I read on his blog that there’s a art print of Bilbo’s contract in it.
Can anyone confirm this and post a photo please?

The two leafs (front and back) of Bilbo's contract are reproduced facing the title page, in colour. I won't post a photo of them due to copyright, sorry.
These were also the frontispiece for Return to Bag-End so they aren't new to this edition. They are smaller - both on one side of the sheet, rather than full sized on both sides of the sheet in RtB-E. In my copy of the two volume set (Houghton Mifflin), the plates are black and white, and in this new edition they are full colour. I don't have a UK edition to compare against though, sorry.
