Daphne Castell interview with Tolkien (The Realms of Tolkien)

I had not seen this before, it is an interview by Daphne Castell of Tolkien in 1966 (The Realms of Tolkien), originally published in New Worlds magazine.

There are some quotes first from Michael Moorcock and then David Pringle and then the interview.

Thanks for the link! Nice article, glad that some of these are making it back into print (or better, onto the web) after all these years.

Only news I have on Anderson's On Tolkien is that it isn't ready yet. I believe (only my opinion based on observations) that it is tied up in getting permissions for all of the quoted materials, as one likely cause for all the delays.

Pointed out to me by Beren (via twitter) - Amazon.co.uk now has the release date listed as June 10, 2010. Amazon.com does not confirm this, so this doesn't bear much weight - probably just means the publisher said "next year some time" in one of their catalog listings.
