There are several lots of Tolkien Society magazines on eBay at the moment, all from the seller birdingroberth1947. (I have no connection with the seller - this is just a Public Service Announcement).

Thanks for the heads up! But I cannot find them? Seems like that seller has no open (or completed) items, but my eBay-search-fu may be weak today.

Thanks! That worked. They don't show up (even on international search) from the .com site, I had to be on the .uk site to see them. Probably means he won't ship to me. :(

I think he's quite keen to get rid of them, as he has previously listed them as one large lot, so he will probably ship overseas if you pay the postage.

When he posted them originally I emailed him and suggested he split them up as it was too big a lot to expect a bid. He told me he really wanted to "de-clutter" his Tolkien collection, so I expect we might see some more items soon.

I think if anyone wants any of this stuff the seller is pretty willing to sell; I have his email address if anyone wants to contact him privately. I actually advised him to list most of it here on TolkienGuide, if he couldn't be bothered with eBay. But he's (as stated) split the original lot into smaller lots; whether this will help shift the stuff, I don't know. I'm not sure if this is just the tip of the iceberg, or as good as it gets. He doesn't seem to have a list of everything he wants to sell as yet.
