Does anyone here collect RPGs? I am more of an ICE collector, but I have recently become interested in the Decipher effort, The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying Game Core Book. My understanding is that there is a first printing in which errors abound, and a second printing in which many of these errors were corrected. The way to tell if it is a second printing is if it has mention on the back cover that it won the Origins Award for Best Roleplaying Game in 2002. But, I also understand that there was another error due to which many of the second printing covers were bound with the uncorrected first printing interior. So, does anyone know of a sure-fire way to check which printing a copy is? In other words, what is one of the errata that can be opened to and checked?
