I contacted Ivan via social media. "Middle Artbook vol. 1" is out of print and not currently in reprint. "Middle Artbook vol. 2" will be available for presale in September.

Been looking for it for some time but still haven’t been able to find one.

Here is his answer: "Copies are out of stock. Maybe we'll do some updated reissues next year. We will put them on sale on the Eterea Edizioni website."
