I see this is also listed on Pieter Collier's "Tolkien Library" site, here:

The listing (there and on ABE) claims that the
tengwar inscription "reads 'Hobbit' in Quenya", which is untrue: rather, it reads 'tolkīn' (for "Tolkien") — it's strange that Pieter didn't notice this.
In the higher-resolution photo there, the signature itself looks passable, given the late date and allowing for writing implement and apparent haste, which is glaringly apparent in the quite sloppy
tengwar inscription.
