Tim Kirk produced a prolific amount of Tolkien artwork in the 1960's and 1970's, ranging from being Art Editor for Unicorn, many appearances in The Mythopoeic Society publications, and even doing the art for the dustjacket for the first edition of Robert Foster's Guide to Middle-earth. An illustrated catalog of his artwork was published by Heresy Press (pictured right). A sampling of his artwork is reproduced here, with his permission.
