It sure is. I contacted the seller to tell them this (didn't notice it myself; someone else pointed that out to me! ), but overall I don't suppose it matters a great deal. Will be interesting to see what it goes for.

It went for £499.
I spotted this book for considerable less before it hit ebay for sale elsewhere. Like the abe books lottery I was 10 minutes too late!!!!!

I'm not particularly familiar with Pauline Baynes's signature (other than images online), so asked Wayne & Christina if it was genuine. They said it was good. But really it was a out of my price range anyway, although I was interested. That was it.

I informed the seller about it being a Library Edition & had an interesting chat with them about the price it was pitched at etc --but it had been snapped up before we'd even exchanged more than a couple of emails.

Someone was keen. Was it you Trotter?

Too expensive for me. Although I wouldn't mind owning P. B.'s signature, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
