Question for you - do you know what year the Cruden and Schofield was published?

I can't see a publication date on it. The latest items in the (brief) bibliography are from 1973, so not before then; and the contact telephone number is of a form that stopped being used in 1995. From the general style, I would place it in the second half of the 1970s or the first half of the 1980s.
