What is the publication date of "The Hobbit: 70th Anniversary Edition"?
The obvious answer would be: 70 years after its first publication. 1937+70= 2007. Isn´t it?
But I've found several websites with alleged 70th anniversary editions from 1995.
For example:

And this it not the only website with similar info. Am I missing something?
