Looks to be the same item as before, from the same location, but a different fake signature.

Very strange.

Unfortunately, whilst people continue to buy items with cut signatures having no provenance (or frankly cut signatures at all), these items will keep on appearing.

In my opinion, a cut signature on a piece of paper is so obviously falsifiable, it has to always be considered worthless.
