I've added the table column for the 2020 edition to the Guide page now. I have a lot of cosmetic updates to make to the page in the coming days, but the data should be accurate I believe.

Hi! Inspired by the very detailed Guide (https://www.tolkienguide.com/modules/w ... rs+From+Father+Christmas), I tried to compare the HC deluxe 2019 edition with some recent Italian editions (2004, 2010 and 2017) - I'm still waiting for the delivery of the HC Centenary edition, but I saw the Polish full flip-through video on Facebook posted by Amedautrui.
I have a question about the 1932 envelope (deluxe ed. page 94, properly moved to page 92 in the centenary ed., as Urulókë pointed out in his "transcript changes", ID #79b & #79c). Both in the deluxe and centenary editions, we can see the front of the envelope, but what about the mostly obscured verso? Is it reproduced in other UK editions of the Letters?
I'm asking because in an Italian "deluxe" edition, dated 2004, there is the reproduction of the whole envelope (see attached photo), albeit linked to the 1937 letter, as previously assumed. Oddly, the envelope disappeared in the almost identical Italian deluxe edition published in 2010 and also in the expanded 2017 standard edition.

Thank you for posting that image. At this point I don't think we will ever get a complete edition unless the Estate and HarperCollins allow one of us to do it for them.
As a real deluxe edition I would like to see a box with facsimile letters, printed both sides and put in the matching envelope added by the proper drawing...

This is what I hope for. A complete collection done as they are in person enclosed in an outer box with the typed transcriptions in a volume. I would pay a pretty penny for that.

You are right onthetrail , and stamps shouldn’t be printed only but cut out any mounted on the envelopes and seals should be made with wax. This would be a real Xmas present for collectors

Take my money HarperCollins...
Given HC’s track record of FCL, they’d probably miss one letter (at least). ?
Jokes aside, this is a collectors item I would be willing to splurge for.
