I just got myself a copy of this book (1st printing) and I wonder considering the current market if I got a good deal or not ... I had the paperback version of 1998 and will know why the hardback version from 1997 I didn't have it. Thank you for your lights :)

I paid 38 euros for my A&U edition, plus shipping from the Netherlands to Italy (about 10 euros).

Congrats PanSam, I think this was a very good deal! It is offered on AbeBooks for much more.
It seems to be scarce - is something known about the size of impression?

I think I paid about AUD 40 for mine a decade or so back. At the time they were really scarce, and then I saw a bunch of them come up for less money. Haven't really paid any attention the last few years.

Got mine for about 30€ a year or so.
I saw really different prices, from £200 range to £30 range.
But they are definitely not seen so often, especially at a low price.
