I assume the Publisher had legal issues with releasing this and my order has now been cancelled on the Kindle.

Has anyone tried to order the ePub version yet? It appears that the shopping cart system will allow it to be ordered immediately, though the hardcover reprint isn't (as it comes out in March).

It is not cheap (same price as hardcover) so I haven't tried it myself yet.

I'm going to buy the hardback, really like the cover of the new edition. If anybody notices when you can order please can you update this thread, currently stuck on Sold Out.
