You can order them directly from walking tree (www.walking-tree.com) and you get discount if you purchase more than 5 editions
True! Prices do not include shipping (might be from Germany, depends on where they have stock/printers). Here is the link to their order form with pricing and bulk discounts:

You've been busy Mr. Underhill! Great to see.
I've just bought a copy of the Abrams (Rankin & Bass) Hobbit myself as well - waiting for it to arrive. I've been on a super casual hunt for that for years, looking for the acetate (clear) dustjacket in great condition. Fingers crossed. It is a fun edition, certainly!
This edition was released in October of 1977 according to Hammond's Bibliography (p. 52) - I am pretty sure your copy is a first and the 1978 just a typo in your post?
I love the garish blue and orange colors on the US Farmer Gile of Ham. We Americans certainly like to go big on redesigning the UK editions, don't we? ?

Quite right Uruloke '77, my mistake. The acetate DJ on this one has a couple of tears but otherwise in pretty good shape.
I absolutely love the Farmer Giles, when I saw it for the price that I did, I had to jump on it even though a couple of parts of the DJ are missing at the top.
This is the result of just one month, Mr. Underhill ? ?
Just slow down, there is nothing else left for us ?
May I ask about the price you’ve paid for FGoH?

Lol, I don't usually get this much...there were just a few items I came upon last month where the price was right. I paid $45 for Farmer Giles. I had never seen one that low before.
The '88 Hobbit is presumably the '88 Guild Hobbit with UH Wrapper? I don't think a red sun wrapper without a stripe was ever actually issued by UH, except on the Guild edition.
Congrats Mr. Underhill, this was a bargain ?
I’ll post my recent acquisitions hopefully in a few days, when arriving...
