As promised I attach a photo of the slipcase for the limited edition which shows the George Allen & Unwin colophon blocked in gold. As soon as we have a finished copy showing the tipped-in and numbered signature page, we'll post a photo of that too.
I also wanted to clarify that the original book extent was 304 pages, 2 of which are blank at the back. The new reprint is also 304 pages, but there aren't any blank pages. It has been laid out with a slightly larger font and includes a scan of Rayner's original reader's report.
