As a new collector, what range given the current market should the 1956 1st printing The Return of the King go for in its condition?

HMCO ordered a lot more sheets from A&U in '56 due to the popularity of the first two volumes, so ROTK US 1sts are easier to come by than FOTR & TT 1sts. Overall I'd say the book and dust wrapper are in "good" condition. I recently bought a ROTK 1st print in similar condition for three hundred USD.
