Signed to Front Page in ink by J R R Tolkien. (Condition issues to book to Include foxing to spine and speckles to some page, binding with slight wear also jacket with issues to include price clipped, loss, Tears etc)

Can see it being bought by a dealer for £10-£20K and then appearing on Abebooks at £50-£60k

Not sure about the one in the very top right, but Tolkien's is fine.

Sold for £23,000 + approximately £6000 buyers fees.
The Auctioneer said that the books came from a house clearance, so the seller will be getting a nice surprise from this sale.
