Added Blackwells back into the spreadsheet and a supplier called Awesome Books.

I don't know if that's a mistake with Blackwells listing details, but both Deluxe and Trade edition are described as "reprints".

I have emailed them to find out what that means. They have reduced the price of both books by a large margin since I checked this morning.

Weird, because I don't see that designation in their other listings that are in fact reprints.

Took a risk and ordered both from Awesome Books for $187, including shipping to the US. Now all that remains is to wait and see.

Might be risky indeed as they do not provide tracking for international delivery...

I ordered several books from Blackwell’s with no international tracking and it’s been ok, but I wanted to try this store out.

Most book stores online don't have tracking. Book Depository certainly doesn't - never had a problem on that side.

I have recently ordered books from BD and for the delivery to Ukraine they now dispatch from Netherlands and the parcel has tracking number, but it is now provided to the client, it's for BD tracking needs only.

In NZ, they bulk ship to NZ and then send the individual parcels in-country. They are marked "UNTRACKED". That said, occasionally they send direct from the UK, also untracked. I imagine it is all very country dependent.
