Your collection never ceases to amaze me
Thanks Berelach. I would not have some of these if wasn’t for your help!
As a serious suggestion, I'd probably suggest splitting those 1938s into two different locations to mitigate against theft or accident risk at this point (unless you are super-super secure, which hopefully you are).

Yes! Exactly what I am doing…splitting things up for security reasons and from future fire/water damage.
Greetings,
just wanted to share some pictures from my small and humble collection. :) :) (I constantly understate my collection)
I know this are not the best photos, but since my collection is constantly growing, it is unfortunately not worth taking more than a few cell phone photos.
Some of you might have seen this pictures at Facebook where I also shared this photos.
With greetings from Germany

I have to admit that I do get chuffed when I see things that I helped to create — like Vinyar Tengwar and The Nature of Middle-earth — show up in shelfies. Most gratifying! Thanks for your interest!
A recent photo of my collection of LOTR translations (with a few Hobbit and Silmarillion translations sprinkled in for good measure). The shelves are my own custom build. (The perspective of the photo makes them look crooked, but I assure you they're square.) Since the photo was taken the collection has expanded onto the bottom shelf, displacing Dune, Foundation, and the CDs/DVDs to another bookcase. I keep an up-to-date web page with my collection here.

Great collection! I see a lot of LotR translations my collection is wanting (eventually)... ?
Some of your pictures, Annunfalma, give me earth-quake stress!! I assume you live somewhere where the earth is stable and nothing is going to fall off without human assistance!
Speaking of which, Stu (and others in the region): did you feel the recent Tonga eruption? I gather that it was even heard great distances away! Such a tragedy for so many.

I didn't hear/feel it (or at least if I did, I didn't attribute it to anything other than local/normal noise), though apparently there were people here in Queenstown that did hear it. Certainly absolutely devastating for the Tongan people. Hopefully loss of life doesn't turn out to be as bad as first feared due to lack of population in the worst hit areas, but loss of homes and critical infrastructure will be causing an awful lot of suffering.
