I use archival folders in periodical cases. Also have some of the bound volumes.

I have older issues coil-bound and shelved, and newer (loose) issues are in archival storage boxes. I'll see if I can take some pictures this weekend if those would be helpful, but I think Arbor and Deagol's suggestions are great as well. Lots of options!

For Beyond Bree, as well as quite a few other periodicals, ephemera, and whatnot, we use archival clamshell print boxes, like this.
