Tried it with a UK address and it came to $5. Weird.

Shipping to the UK was $5, this could be a mistake or they have copies in the UK and are shipping from there.

That's got to be it...otherwise they would be losing money on the shipping.

I agree—why are they selling that David Day book?

Still $5 for shipping to the UK. Could someone here please order a copy for me and forward it to Germany?

I think the $5 price to the UK is clearly a mistake and expect to get an email saying please pay the real shipping cost, or we will cancel your order.

You may find that getting someone in the UK to forward the item to you is more expensive than just getting it sent to Germany.
