As an aside, the seller mentioned a few things over on Facebook about this set:
Beautiful set of Lord of the Rings. 1sts leather bindings in red with gilt ring and eye device. So nice and clean I do not want to sell them.... Can be seen on eBay but priced not to sell.
Also that he has a fine/fine set of first and other interesting bits coming to eBay soon - might be worth keeping an eye on his listings if you are in the market.
