It is a French documentary from 2014 done for the ARTE tv channel and part of a whole series of documentaries done in 'celebration' of the so-called Hobbit trilogy.

John Howe has been pretty busy this year and this summer - during one of the Amazon thingies - it was mentioned he had to be "elsewhere."
