Found this on Amazon Germany but can't find it anywhere else so far.
Listed as "The Art of the Lord of the Rings Hardcover - Special Edition". As the original publication is still widely it seemed strange for it to be a simple reprint refresh of stock. Maybe Findegil knows more?

The Fall of Númenor large print edition
Finn and Hengest kindle version
Featuring new pencil illustrations from fan favourite Tolkien artist, Alan Lee
Finn and Hengest kindle version
According to the image for The Fall of Númenor, it looks like they are also planning a large print edition of the book.

You are correct, I mistook it for a paperback. Also I found out Finn and Hengest seems to be an ebook rather than a new print.
The Art of The Hobbit and The Art of The Lord of the Rings listed for next year are new printings, once present stock is exhausted, each with minor corrections to the text. Also, in order to keep production costs and therefore prices in check, The Art of The Hobbit will no longer have foldouts, and each title will no longer come in a slipcase, but instead will have a dust-jacket. (The HarperCollins editions to date have had slipcases but not jackets, while the Houghton Mifflin editions have had jackets but not slipcases.)
