Not that I’ve preordered the standard edition but I keep reading and seeing that people have the book. Yet, Amazon U.K. still say preorders for a March 16th release. That’s the same for the deluxe edition. Are Amazon U.K. being stopped from getting deliveries early do you think?

I don't think they are, but I think Amazon's policy is to wait until the official release date.

I have asked HarperCollins about the Poster that was mentioned with the Deluxe Edition, this was in error and the Deluxe edition does not come with a poster.

Yes got mine, undamaged but its a tight fit in the slip case, had to tip it out (£74.94) but admittedly I like the book jacket cover

I prefer the word snug, rather than tight ?
