Update: This is still the same ISBN revealed years ago, so page count and blurb might well be inaccurate. But this time the book is surely to be published, as HC already put it in their ad for 2023.

Does anyone know if this has different content to the Carpenter book or the same plus expanded index and content?

Wayne Hammond and Christina Scull 'radically extended' the index in 2000—from 10 pages to 47—for the Houghton Mifflin paperback, which reproduced by somewhat smudgy photo-offset (or whatever) the original hardcover's pages. Perhaps the text is being reset to something more generous point-wise and the index adapted to the new pagination? A total of 704 pages sounds about right for that sort of resetting.

This may be a mistaken listing for a new version of Letters, could just be a hardback release of the existing Letters.

I would not get too excited just yet about this.
